Three Hundred Mechanics is where Sean Howard posts his ideas for interesting game mechanics, sometimes with mock-ups. He's actually only up to #113 as of this writing, but most of them are interesting and well thought out. He's more of a video game designer, but some of his ideas lend themselves to board games or text games. It's definitely worth a browse.
